If I pay for a Nexus AI subscription, can I use it at different clinics?

Nexus AI™ can be used on desktop and laptop computers. The software is not currently supported on tablets or smartphones.

How does a clinic add more users?

Each physician can arrange their own license, or the clinic can contact us directly to procure multiple licenses or make arrangements for training and onboarding. We want to ensure your clinic is successful. Contact us at help@wellstar.health to learn more.

How will you bill me?

You will be asked to provide your credit card details when you sign up for a paid plan. Your credit card will be billed at the agreed frequency once you’ve signed up. You can cancel at any time, and once you cancel, you’ll be able to use the software until the end of your agreed term.
